I have pretty decent RB's but no star. Jennings, Rice, and Sankey. This is a 2RB league, 1 Flex. I am looking to trade with the owner of Steven Jackson. He has Jackson but I have the handcuff (Freeman). I want to offer him either Rice/Freeman for Demarco Murray or Sankey/Freeman for Murray...I don't think it'd be a good trade for me if I lost Jennings.
Is this fair to him and me? I figure SJAX will definitely go down, so Freeman could be big for him. Plus, he gets an RB2 for an RB1.
You can try it, but I wouldn't do it if I were him. I don't know what his other RB's are, but if Murray is his second back, then you have a better chance at it. Right now, I don't think a handcuff to Jackson will be worth the downgrade from Murray to Rice or Sankey. The other owner might disagree with me.
If they do want to do it, I think it's a great trade for you, either way.
yeah, I wouldn't deal Jennings. If you can do Rice and Freeman I would do that. I'm not even sure I'd do Sankey, even though it's unsure what kind of role he has to start the season. I think he'll eventually take over that RB1 spot.
