Douglas is probably a little safer of a pickup right now and makes a little more sense as a handcuff. There was just an ESPN story posted about the Broncos options if Welker doesn't play and it seems like Tamme would benefit more, but it did mention Latimer as a red zone target due to his size. I'm not sure I'd trust playing Latimer until I see consistency so that's why I think Douglas makes more sense in your case. But those would probably two names I'd consider cutting.
