PPR league. Have to pick 2 b/t Brandon Oliver, Jerrick Mckinnon, Mark Ingram (With no Pierre/ possibly no khiry), Ronnie Hillman, and Michael Floyd
All the rankings/projections are very close every where I look. Right now I have Oliver and Mckinnon in but I'm not sure if i trust the vikings to give mckinnon the amount of touches he needs to make an impact. Hillman went off last week, floyd is hit or miss and Ingram could have a huge game against a team who's run defense is subpar and no Pierre Thomas. Let me know what you guys think, need a big win this week.
You have a lot of options here. I actually think I would take out McKinnon for the reasons you said. I like him, but probably trust the other guys a little more. Floyd could have a huge day against the Eagles and a not-so-great secondary. I think Floyd and Oliver might be the safest picks based on potential workload and matchup. San Diego has been good at running the ball and taking their time to keep Manning off the field, but even that's risky if it doesn't work. But he should at least get you the carries.
I like Ingram and Hillman, too, but just don't have that same confidence about the work they get. But I agree with you about what you said and I think both could have good weeks.
I would say Floyd for sure with Oliver being the safe pick but Ingram/Hillman maybe having the most potential to get your a bigger day.
