I recently read an article(Pro Football Focus) that describes the decline of the 37 year old quarterback. It references video footage of the late throws and missed throws due to timing. This can be dealt with to some degree but the disarray of the offensive line adds to his problems. The tape shows that more than once when Brady had a clean pocket he missed the throw not because of the offensive line protection. Although quarterbacks have bad days, Monday night was evidence of what may lie ahead on any given Sunday(Cincy next) for the QB and the team. As an owner of Edelman I am not sure he can carry the team even with Gronk back at full speed. Time will tell I am sure but many network analysts including former players are jumping on the "not fantasy worthy bandwagon". So what do you say ?

We already saw signs of this last year and it was blamed on the young receivers. I had him last year, and this year feels like a repeat of what I went through because I was silly enough to get him again in a few leagues.

I think a big key is he's 37 and he's not going to be what he was forever. As an owner, if his name wasn't Tom Brady, he's likely on your waiver wire. I'm currently in the middle of a similar issue in one league. Drafted Brady, picked up Cousins and now I feel like I have no QBs. I dropped Cousins for Bortles and really tempted to drop Brady for Bridgewater and roll with those two. I'm not saying dump him because I am, but I think owners should look into a backup and see how this plays out.
