Foles and Ertz were just dropped in my league. Rueben Randle and Ryan Mathews are also available. Picking up Foles would give me a solid backup and block my opponent for this week since she is currently going with Tom Brady (Bortles or Alex Smith would be the next best options, which works out to three points going by John's projections). Ertz would give me a TE to cover Jimmy Graham's next week when he is on bye.

QB: Matt Ryan
RB: Matt Forte, Ellington, Asiata, Joique, Vereen, Sankey, Gerhart
WR: Antonio Brown, Kelvin, Cooks, Roddy
TE: Graham
I would pick up Foles in a second, I would get Ertz too but not sure where you put him or who else you drop... I would drop Gerhart for sure and if you really wanted Ertz, maybe Vereen.
I may even consider dropping Asiata for Mathews which may not be a popular move. I think the Bolts really miss him and Brown has shown nothing. I think he has more value than Asiata when he's healthy. Not sure if you want to do that much turnover in one week though!
Retired Soldier's Opinion -
I would pick up Foles and drop Gerhart. I like your WRs better than Randle. I like Ryan Mathews but you have plenty of RBs already.
