So after MNF, the McCoy owner wants me to package Jamaal/Knile/+ 1 player for his McCoy and Julius Thomas. I think im giving up too much, although I will be set in TE, and I'm betting on McCoy getting better. But I still think it's too much, and I will be taking a hit at WR and RB depending on who the +1 will be.

unless the plus 1 is your non-Graham, non-Bennett, non-Olsen TE, then I say no. That's a little too much. Straight up or just another bench guy, then I'm okay with the trade, because Thomas is definitely an upgrade.

Ret.Sold'r.Opn...It doesn't sound bad but I would need to know size of league. Also, it would help knowing who the +1 player would be. The key to getting away with packaging a garbage +1 to the deal is saying.... "you'd prefer to stay with Charles because he is a beast in an offense that relies upon the run game. All you're getting back is McCoy who seems injured and the offense line has a ton of injuries. Also, the Denver offense has a ton of weapons to throw to which lowers Thomas' value.".... You might really want McCoy and Thomas but this might help your argument for not sending the world back to them.
