I haven't asked Josh, but I know he was big on Jones, so my assumption is that he'd still be pretty into the Bengal. We could be wrong, but the gut check says Randle to me too. Also, the way the NFL works, by Week 9 everything could change anyway.
Most would probably say Jones, but I'd rather gamble on Randle continuing to improve his rapport with Eli. We've seen glimpses.
Jones was great last year, and he has at least as much upside as Randle, so you can go that route. I've just burned by too many Bengals WR2s in the past.
I would be in remiss if I did not mention Marvin Jones's (@CLE DEN) playoff schedule is more difficult than Ruben Randle ( WAS @STL). My gut says Randle and I'm with you on this Scout Brandon.
I wouldn't be using either (knock on wood) player until week 9. Julio and Cobb are on BYE, I'll start Keenan Allen vs MIA and either Marvin Jones vs JAC or Randle vs IND. Does your strategy change looking ahead to matchup? I like both players ROS.
How about this. Can you please ask the 2 Cheese-Head dudes Moore and Paulsen? We know JP will go Jones so it's all on Josh.
