I'm not sure if I would, but I know roster spots are tough this time of year once byes start. I think there is probably something he can still do legally to get back but I'm not sure if it has legs. I can't imagine him coming back again with all that is going on, at least this year. But the October date may be key in all of this if you can hold off until then. But if you are in major need, I probably would.
