I've been offered Jimmy Graham, Dez Bryant, and Jeremy Hill or Toby Gerhart for Mike Wallace, Lesean McCoy, and Jordan Cameron. I'd be left with Julio, Garcon, and Gordon at WR and Tate, Ball, Spiller, Donald Brown, Asiata, MJD, and Hyde at RB. My mind's telling me no, but my body is telling me yes. What do the Scouts think?
I was really really liking this until McCoy was mentioned! That is tough. I think you make out in the deal, but the loss of McCoy hurts your RBs, obviously. Leaves you with more of a committee. I still like Ball's potential and just posted a news story that his slow start is due to lack of time in camp and still getting up to speed so that makes me feel better about the deal.
Brown is hopefully a short term RB2 answer for you while Spiller, Asita and Hill could all be spot guys, and I think even Hyde develops. You certainly have the potential at the position to survive without McCoy if one or two of those guys can emerge and I think the chances are pretty good of that.
I think I'm leaning toward doing it but it's easy for me to say too...
