Rookie linebacker Victor Butler sprained his knee in Thursday's win against Oakland but he was able to take part in some of Monday's workout.
Ken Hamlin did some work on the side in his recovery from a high right ankle sprain but Wade Phillips is not sure if the free safety will be able to practice Wednesday. Tight end Jason Witten, who has a sprained foot, practiced Monday as well.
"Whatever he had, we want him to keep it," Phillips said. "He had his best game (five catches, 107 yards). I think he's better today than he was in the game."
Phillips also said Tony Romo's sore back was doing better and should not be an issue this week.
