Quarterback Blaine Gabbert sustained a left shoulder stinger in the first half Sunday against Oakland.
He remained in the game for two series before being replaced by Chad Henne with 6:45 left in the half.
"I just got a stinger in my shoulder a little bit," Gabbert said. "We'll know more tomorrow. I tried to do some things out there after it happened. It was just hindering me a little bit."
The team says Gabbert has a good chance to play in Week 8 but was still waiting for Monday's tests. Chad Henne would play if Gabbert was unable to go. Neither QB is worth fantasy consideration.
