Browns quarterback Josh McCown injured his right hand in a 27-20 loss to the Raiders on Sunday when it apparently hit a helmet, though when he did it is not known.

McCown had X-rays after the game, the results of which were negative, according to two sources close to the team.

McCown's last pass was directed to Travis Benjamin but intercepted by Charles Woodson.

McCown acknowledged the X-rays but would not specify what needed to be checked or the result.

"I don't want to speak on it," McCown said. "I'll let coach [Mike Pettine] speak on it, but I feel good."

Fantasy Impact:

Pettine had spoken to the media prior to McCown. He will address McCown's status on Monday, though from all indications McCown should be healthy and ready to go when the Browns travel to San Diego to play the Chargers. Johnny Manziel is the backup if McCown can't go.
