DraftKings Week 16 Cash Game Breakdown
It is usually recommended to roster a RB in the flex position, as they are slightly more consistent than WRs on a weekly basis. This week, however, I can see a different approach working. RB is ugly this week, while there is a ton of affordable value at WR. For that reason, I've listed four WRs below, i.e. a WR in the FLEX position. I think Denard Robinson ($5,400) may be a viable play against the Saints due to their awful defense (they rank 32nd in RB aFPA), but given the fact that he may not be at 100% health, there is some risk involved with him, so I like the four WR approach a bit more.

QB Blake Bortles $6,500 @ NO
Bortles has been a top seven QB on DraftKings this season and is averaging 271 passing yards and 2.33 passing TDs along with a healthy 21.2 rushing yards and 0.33 rushing TDs over his last six games. He has accounted for a ridiculous 92% of the Jaguars' offensive TDs this season. Meanwhile, the Saints are ranked 32nd in fantasy points allowed to QBs and are dead last in the NFL in offensive TDs allowed.
