Former Giants WR Parris Campbell reached agreement on a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Related Players: DeVante Parker

Outside of A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, the Eagles have mostly UDFA options to fill out their depth, so Campbell should offer a veteran presence into their rotation. He is unlikely to play a large enough role for fantasy consideration.

More depth in Cleveland: The Browns are signing former Bears RB D’Onta Foreman.

Related Players: Nick Chubb, Jerome Ford

This gives the team a little bit of breathing room if Nick Chubb isn't fully back up to speed by the beginning of the season. Chubb will be the locked-in RB1 whenever he's up to 100% and this signing will muddy the waters for Jerome Ford, who performed well in a breakout 2023 that saw him break 1,000 total scrimmage yards.

Former Chargers WR Mike Williams is signing with the Jets on a 1-year deal worth up to $15M, another weapon for Aaron Rodgers. He’s on a visit there today.

A 1-2 punch should do wonders for a struggling Jets WR group, and Williams offers a legit piece to whoever takes snaps at QB. Wilson is a great fringe WR1/2 option, while Williams is down in the WR2/3 range

Former Vikings RB Alexander Mattison is signing with the Raiders.

Related Players: Zamir White, Ameer Abdullah

Zamir White's prospects as the No. 1 option in the Raiders backfield only lasted a few weeks, with Mattison very likely slotting in as the RB1 in Las Vegas. The two will be splitting time more often than when Josh Jacobs was in town, though.
White remains a great late-round option.

The Dallas Cowboys and RB Rico Dowdle have agreed to terms on a one-year deal to bring him back in 2024, the team can confirm.

Dowdle will be Dallas’ leading returning rusher after running for 361 yards last season in his first season in a prominent role.

As the depth start stands, Dowdle might be the best value on the board in current best ball drafts. Though the team is likely to add another piece in the NFL Draft, Dowdle is very much on fantasy radars here in March.

The Rams have agreed to terms with QB Jimmy Garoppolo on a one-year deal.

Following a year with the Raiders, Garoppolo is set to join Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay in L.A.

This may have been the best place Jimmy G could have landed. It still doesn't mean he'll be taking any snaps following his two-game suspension but he would be an interesting streaming option if anything happens to Stafford.

Cowboys have released WR Michael Gallup. Move to eventually save $9.5M in 2024 cap space as a post-June 1 cut.

Gallup has sadly fallen off since tearing his ACL in 2021 and has failed to eclipse 40 receptions in either of the last two years. The once-promising wide receiver will have a chance to find a role with a new team and could contribute as a perimeter option in 2024.

-- Eagles get QB Kenny Pickett and the Steelers original 4th round pick (120 overall) in 2024.
-- Steelers get Eagles 3rd round comp pick (98 overall) and the Eagles highest two 7th round draft picks in 2025.

This clears the runway for Russell Wilson to take over the starting role throughout the offseason. Pickett will be in pole position to backup Jalen Hurts.

Cardinals WR Hollywood Brown is signing with the Chiefs, another high-octane target for Patrick Mahomes. One of the most talented WRs available, Brown lands in a perfect spot on a 1-year deal worth up to $11M with a chance to cash in next year.

The first addition for the Chiefs WR room has finally come, in the form of Brown. This is unlikely to be the last piece they add, but the immediate impact is bad news for Skyy Moore and Justin Watson, who technically hold the outside roles as it stands prior to the signing.
Hollywood set a new career high by lining up out wide on 79.8% of his snaps last season, and should offer big-play potential in fantasy. His exact value is going to depend on who else the team targets over the next two months.

Chargers are trading WR Keenan Allen to the Bears for a fourth-round pick.

The Chargers pass-catching group now looks very dire. There is no doubt that they will be loading up wherever they can through the draft but the offense looks questionable heading into 2024.

Velus Jones is all but guaranteed to lose the slot role he was pegged for in Chicago, as their WR room is starting to look pretty great. Caleb Williams could be in for an exciting rookie season, were the Bears to go that route.
