The reunion with Mike McCarthy and the Pittsburgh supporting cast gives Rodgers his most familiar situation since Green Bay, but the efficiency metrics from his first two years back haven't justified much more than a streaming quarterback. Pittsburgh has 102 vacated WR targets (44.3% of WR volume), and pairing DK Metcalf with Michael Pittman and rookie Germie Bernard gives Rodgers a decent set of options to throw to. McCarthy's system historically generates passing volume, and if the Steelers' offense leans into Rodgers' arm more than the previous regime, there's a path to high-end QB2 production, though I’m not holding my breath.
