Pittsburgh beat writer Scott Brown believes that Markus Wheaton starts for the Steelers in 2014:

The Steelers return every offensive starter from 2013 except for wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders but I think you'll see second-year man Markus Wheaton emerge this season opposite Antonio Brown.
