The Eagles have agreed to terms with Seahawks RB Rashaad Penny.

Fantasy Impact:

For the Eagles, this could put a damper on the prospects of Philadelphia re-signing Miles Sanders. Though with Penny's injury history, it's improbable that he will be the only back they add in the offseason.

In Seattle, Ken Walker is setting up for a pure bellcow role with only the likes of DeeJay Dallas, Godwin Igwevuike, etc. sitting behind him.

SEA RB Ken Walker - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs. New York Jets

Despite not getting a full week of practice in, Ken Walker still cracked the century mark last week against the Chiefs and saw 26 carries. Seattle looks like they'll be limiting Walker's work in practice to keep him fresher for the games, games Seattle must win to keep their playoff hopes alive. It's not an easy road this week for Walker and the Seahawks and they get the Jets, who have been stout all year up front, including Pro Bowl defensive tackle Quinnen Williams. Still, Walker is the main guy in the Seattle backfield, so he still has value this week, so consider him a solid RB2 this week.
