So in my half point PPR dynasty league, i don't know what to Julio, If i keep Julio i wont have a 2nd round pick for next years draft. That's part of the reason why i don't want to keep him and i also don't really want to keep him is i'm not confident in him to be a solid play throughout the playoffs. So do i try and get something good for him or so i just ride it out with fingers crossed.

I have no issues with you trying to trade Julio. His value may very well be low right now, but I think there's a chance there is someone in your league who likes him just based on name alone without considering he hasn't really been up to his usual self. I wouldn't give him away because I still think he's capable of putting up numbers.
