What's the best way to use these ranks when drafting? I put in the custom scoring for our league (14 team, 0.5PPR, with various yardage bonuses for QBs, receivers, and RBs). Then the rankings I got had some oddities. For example, Gillislee shows up as #20 overall, but his ADP is in the 6th round. It seems that if I followed the rankings, I'd be severely reaching for him. Is it a matter of being aware of the ranks, but also waiting for guys after their ADP?

Yeah, I use them in conjunction. It's how I identify value and who I can target in later rounds. I look at the rankings and the ADP and it helps me prioritize in each round. I tend to plan out my draft before I go into it, trying to maximize value at each pick, with a few guys in each round, then I adjust as the draft goes down.

So if it's the third round, and I'm looking at Gillislee and Doug Baldwin, I might take the WR, knowing that I have nice value in the 5-6th round at RB.
