Must-win game and an underdog!

I need boom/bust today and seeing that Trufant isn’t playing makes me think this game will be made for Diggs.
Julio came off a nice game but he has underperformed agains the Vikings...and just as importantly whenever coming off a huge game the week before.
M. Thomas has consistently average and is also going up against a tough Carolina D.

Which one of these two should I sit?
