I had AB go off on Thurs, so looking for one W/R/T flex play to play safe rather than risk/reward (high celling / low floor) ... in bye week limbo with a few of my normal starters so looking for a safe flex play. From my options, I'm leaning: Bruce Ellington, Mike Wallace or Woodhead

Yeah, I don't think I trust any pos the Giants... would probably use Wallace in a game where the Ravens should have some room to throw the ball. None of your options look super safe to me, but Wallace is the most likely to get multiple targets.
Also any NYG with Shepard news but your rankings have them lower than most of above
