I dont think it's a bad plan at all. Don't lock yourself in though, either. If something falls to you that's too good to be true don't be afraid to adjust your plan. It's always good to have a plan though. I find in a lot of leagues, QBs will go early, esp. Rodgers so I dont think you can assume he'll be there at 3rd pick but you can maybe plan for Rodgers or a very good TE.

I think that's fine value if you want to go that route, but unless you're in a 2QB league or a Superflex format, I'd be inclined to just wait and grab the value at the position later. I'm getting guys like Cam, Luck, Stafford, Rivers consistently in the 9th-12th rounds, and I like that combination better with a T.Y. Hilton/Travis Kelce/Devonta Freeman type of option in the third.
