Im torn as Bree's only performs in tough matchups this year (less run games) but rams are quite the D.
Would you bench Brees for either above and if so, which one?

I won't sit Brees for Dalton. I just can't. But I think that with Ben realizing a couple weeks ago that the regular season started, and given the matchups.. you can justify sitting Brees for Ben.
