10 person 1 pt. ppr league and I am making a final push for the #6 playoff spot (rebuilding)...
Need a win this week playing someone sitting a game ahead of me in the standings.
He has D. Watson as his QB. I am starting Hopkins - Do I also play D. Thomas essentially playing “defense” against his QB?

Sorry if this seems start/sit in nature but is this strategy recommended and when should (or shouldn’t) it be used? Thanks!

Cowboys brings up a good point, depends who you are sitting. DT isn't a safe start in my opinion so that could be a wasted play if you're sitting someone way better. I generally don't buy into this, and try to play the best guys and lineup I can. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but Cowboys bring up a good question.

I would play dt over those options. John brown is close but rather have a better qb

MVS, fuchess, John brown or Reynolds would need to take a seat.
