I'm in a 12 team 0.5 PPR 2 RB 2WR 1 TE and Flex. I've set up the custom league with 2.5 RB, 2.5WR and 1TE. With these settings McCaffrey shoots up the rankings, are my league settings correct? Is it due to the lower value or WR with a bigger pool for only 2 slots?
yeah, I can see that happening just because WRs lose some value in your league starting two and having a flex. We get a lot of comments about why there are a lot of RBs when it's common to wait on RBs. So, you have to mess with your settings until it gives you results you feel more comfortable with. So I would bump up the WRs and see if you like those results better. But Caf will have value in a PPR league and being pass catching back.
But like I said, mess around with the settings. We do recommend this. Mess with it until you get results you think make a little more sense, because like I said, it will favor RBs it seems and I know it confuses people who follow the zero-RB rule of thumb.
