There are no round penalties for keepers the draft starts in round 5 basically.

Should I try and spin a couple of these guys off in a trade for a Crowell and keep him. The Crowell owner finished bottom of the league and does not have many options after Crowell.

My bad, I thought it said keep 5... So yeah, Carr, Jordy, Hopkins and Thomas would be my four I think. You can probably debate Carr vs. Moncrief. But you're in a good spot to be able to give up 2-3 guys and get Crowell if you really wanted to.
I think I'd be a little interested in Crowell, esp. with no RB option outside Dixon. I would think you could do a 2 or 3 for 1 and be able to get him with no issues. I'd maybe shop around too, for someone in maybe a more dependable offense. I think I'd keep Carr, Jordy, Hopkins and Thomas for sure. Fifth one is a little tougher assuming you don't make a trade. It kind of depends on your league rules too. Moncrief makes the most sense but now you have four WRs and if you couldn't play them all, maybe it makes sense to go with one of the TEs.
We had a similar situation where it came down to Henry vs. Eifert for another owner and majority seemed to be with Henry, but I'd probably lean Eifert.
But seems like you could give up Moncrief and maybe another WR to get Crowell. You could probably get him giving up two WRs and a TE but for that price maybe shop around...
