I am in an auction league keeper. I have Lamar Miller for $31. We have a $200 budget in the league. Jerrick McKinnon just went for $45 in the keeper process. Is Lamar Miller worth $31 in a standard league?

I don't think he is. If you read up on him here at the site, there seems to be way more working against him than for him. If McKinnon went for 45 and it means some better backs may go for more, than maybe Miller has value at that price? Still, I don't feel confident enough to have that much invested in him. This is what John Paulsen said in his blurb about Miller:

Miller isn’t on the thickest of ice in Houston, but the guy most likely to take his job, Donta Foreman, is recovering from an Achilles injury and may not be ready to start the season. In seven games with a healthy Deshaun Watson, Miller averaged 17.6 touches for 89 total yards and 0.57 touchdowns per game, which equate to low-end RB1 numbers over the course of a full season. His workload decreased in the final three weeks (10.0 touches per game) as the Texans elected to go with Alfred Blue as the lead back down the stretch. Blue is back, but it seems unlikely that he’ll be more of a change-of-pace back with Miller serving as the feature back until Foreman is ready to challenge him. As a bonus, the Texans don’t project to have a tough rushing matchup until Week 9 (Denver).

Isn't Paulsen advocating for drafting Miller? He's also on Paulsen's board at the bottom as a draft target. Seems like the narrative has been changed?
