I have Cousins on bye week 10, I have Stafford vs Chi on the bench, I can pick up Dalton vs NO and drop Stafford. If I wait until next week I will last on the WW, so If i make the move I should do it today.

I don't want to drop Stafford for Dalton, even though I like Dalton better for that one game. I think Stafford will still be fine.
