this is looking to be a nightmare. Arizona looks terrible and Johnson has no catches tonight so far. Should we be looking to sell low and maybe get a RB2? I'm at a loss. my RB's are D. Johnson, Breida, J williams, Aaron Jones, Mark Ingram, and Peyton Barber. I'm stacked at WR with Thielen, Nuk, and Fitzgerald (Who may be making it to my bench in favor of Keelan Cole). What do the 4for4 scouts think about this situation? It's looking bleak for Johnson owners.

I answered you in another thread, so I'll just copy paste here if you don't mind:
The problem with David Johnson is the lack of a solid return on value, but I understand wanting to jump ship. I think what you settle for will depend heavily on the state of your roster, but I don't think you'll have any issues fielding a low ball offer from anyone in your league. I'm personally buying him in several leagues for that reason, and I've been offering fringe WR1/2 value guys (like Larry Fitgerald and Brandin Cooks) to try and get him... to varying success.
I think he'll improve as the season progresses, and I think the Cardinals' offense can't help but to get better, especially if they make a likely QB change sometime soon. So I'm holding him wherever I can.

Don't do anything drastic and trade him too low. He was decent week one and had a tough matchup today. Arizona's entire offense is terrible with Bradford starting. DJ will bust a 50 yd TD before long, when he has a big week trade him immediately. Can't hurt to shop him around, but I think he finishes the season as a top 10-15 RB. Bradford likes short passes so you have to think he'll throw the ball DJ's way 5-10 times a game like he did week 1.

I should have gotten someone else, but in my auction draft he was a great price and I didn't realize it would be so hard to use Johnson for a new coach. Anyway, I'm probably going to hold him for now. I don't think I could get much out of him anyway, nothing that would be worth it.

Yes you should worry and also kick yourself for listening to the Carney Barkers who think they know football and can project player statistics. The AZ organization cleaned house when the coach left due to personal reasons and or he could see the hand writing on the wall. The team has a mediocre offensive line, no WR other then Fitz who is at or near the end of his career. To think good ol JP projected D. Johnson for over 200 points in std scoring is literally a joke. I guess we should give him a mulligan as many others drank the same Koolaid and made similar projections. All I can say is get what you can in a trade and scrounge the waiver wire as S. Johnson is like Hale Bop, a comet that passed thru the sky and is now gone. Remember he is not 23 years old, but 28 years old and probably you have seen his best as long as he is on AZ. Hasta La Vista.
