In a 10 team league for 4 years now that is going keeper, BUT the players we can keep (5) are not ranked in any way, you just
pick 5 and then everyone in the league basically is starting in round 6. It's non PPR with emphasis on passing (20 points for 200
yards, 30 for 300 ect ect.) It is QB/WR/WR/RB/RB/TE/WRT/WRT/QWRT, having Rivers and Brees I won it last year. Here are my options:
Brees
Jordy
Dez
Hunter Henry
Inman
Meredith
Rivers
Eifert
Dixon
Dion Lewis
I think I go Brees, Jordy and Dez for sure. Since you can play two QBs I don't have a problem keeping Rivers out of that group as well. I love Henry as much as the next guy, but I still think I'd go Eifert over him assuming he's healthy. I think you will be able to get Henry back at a cheaper price in the draft than Eifert, assuming you like both guys.
I'd definitely keep Brees with what you're looking at.
I think Jordy and Dez are too good to ignore.
Normally I wouldn't keep a TE, but I think Henry is a nice breakout candidate.
I think with what's left, Meredith and Rivers make me feel the best. That'll give you solid WR's and QBs and you'll be focusing on RBs for your first several picks.
I agree with everyone else on the top 4. Brees, Rivers, Jordy and Dez. I think you go with one of the TE as your fifth. It's not a PPR and if Eifert is healthy I think either him or Henry have more TD potential then any of the other options. Eifert is money in the red zone he needs to stay on the field though and Henry proved that he can step into Gates roll there and Rivers loves throwing to his TE.
