I'm in a Dynasty league that keeps players on 3 yr contracts - need to add $10 to salary at end of year 2 in order to keep for another 3 years. I'm strong at WR (OBJ, Evans, Hill, Gordon, M. Jones, Kupp, Anderson). Need RBs (Only CMac, D. Lewis, T. Coleman, Duke Johnson).
Being offered Jordan Howard ($16 but end of yr 2) and Jordan Matthews ($5 end of yr 1) for Dion Lewis ($3 end of yr 1) and Marvin Jones ($3 end of yr 1). Thoughts?
So you're going to be looking at Howard for $26 for three years after this year... That definitely gives you another stud, but the value is certainly not as exciting as Dion Lewis for $3. Still, I think i would probably do that, given the potential he has to be a long-term stud. Lewis might be good in Tennessee, but he's splitting carries, and that's not likely to change as he gets older.
