Texans WR Will Fuller (groin, questionable) took limited practice reps all week and is questionable for Week 19. Fuller is expected to play per NFL Network's James Palmer. We don't know how healthy he is or even if he'll be able to finish the game, but his presence has helped both Deshaun Watson and Kenny Stills this season.
Bill O'Brien said once again WR Will Fuller is a game time decision.
As it's been for most of the season, start Will Fuller with caution. If he plays, there's always the risk of reinjuring his groin, and his coach's uncertainty is also something of possible concern. If Fuller sits, the Texans will feature the trio of DeAndre Hopkins, Kenny Stills and DeAndre Carter in the slot.
Fuller's presence will help Deshaun Watson's outlook. DeAndre Hopkins may not see his usual number of targets, but the quality of those targets should improve with Fuller on the field.

Texans WR Will Fuller (groin, questionable) took limited practice reps Thursday and is questionable for Week 18. James Palmer of the NFL Network says that Fuller is a "real long shot" to play on Saturday. Fuller's absence would lower Deshaun Watson's ceiling and increase the number of potential targets available to DeAndre Hopkins and Kenny Stills.
