Week 2 vs. Carolina
Randy Bullock made field goals of 34 and 47 yards in the opener, but missed his only extra point attempt. The Panthers held Jacksonville to just nine points last week and without Arian Foster, the Texans will likely struggle to move the ball in Carolina.

Fantasy Upside
After kicking the game-winning field goal in his first-ever NFL start at San Diego in 2013, Randy Bullock had what he called "a roller coaster" of a first season. He missed nine field goals before successfully kicking 12-consecutive field goals to end the 2013 season. He built on his success, prepared hard in the offseason and it all contributed to the success he had in 2014 -- including a franchise record six-field goal game in December that earned him AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors.

Fantasy Downside
Overall, Bullock has attempted 35 field goals in each of the last two season and has made 80 percent of them. Among all kickers that attempted 70 or more field goals during that time, Bullock's accuracy is second-worst and he's seen the third-fewest extra points.

Bottom Line
There is little reason to believe the Texans offense will improve enough this season to make him worthwhile in season-long fantasy leagues. Go ahead and file Bullock in the daily value bin for weeks the Texans have favorable matchups.

Week 16 – Randy Bullock vs. Baltimore Ravens
In the loss to the Colts last Sunday, Randy Bullock had just one FG attempt, but he was good from 53 yards out. With newly re-signed Case Keenum again the team’s QB, the Texans may go with an even more conservative game plan, which will likely limit Bullock’s opportunities.
