TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 vs. Los Angeles Rams

DeMarco Murray matched his season-high with 18 carries last week. He has, coincidentally, gained 59 yards on each of his 18-carry games this season. Trouble was that last week he had just 1 reception for 4 yards. Still, his 19 touches more than doubled the 9 Derrick Henry had. Murray is a low-end RB2 option because you just can't be sure about this timeshare.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at San Francisco 49ers

With the Titans struggling on offense last week, DeMarco Murray got the majority of the playing time but produced just 34 yards on 11 carries and 13 yards on 2 receptions. After some early struggles, the 49ers' run defense has been much more solid of late. Murray shouldn't be used as anything more than an RB2. And even that might be asking a lot.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at Arizona Cardinals

DeMarco Murray had 11 carries for 66 yards, splitting the carries evenly with Derrick Henry. He also continues to be more of a factor in the passing game, though that amounted to just 2 catches for 13 yards. Both backs are FLEX plays in yardage leagues. But Murray is viable as a low-end RB2 in PPR leagues.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Houston Texans

After rushing for 9 yards on 12 carries last week, DeMarco Murray now has 19 yards on 20 carries in the past two games. He did score last week against Indianapolis and had 3 catches for 33 yards. He's also dealing with an illness this week. It doesn't help that Derrick Henry had 79 yards on 13 carries while Murray was struggling. Murray is still more valuable in PPR leagues, but not much more so. Murray is nothing more than a low-end RB2 in PPR leagues.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Indianapolis Colts

DeMarco Murray picked up just 10 yards on 8 rushing attempts in the blowout loss to Pittsburgh last week, though he did catch 5 passes for 37 yards to at least salvage the day. This week, he faces an Indianapolis defense against which he had 87 yards from scrimmage with a touchdown in Week 6. He's still the lead back in this timeshare. He should produce enough to be useful as an RB2.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Pittsburgh Steelers

You got the high-upside game last week with DeMarco Murray as he had his best day of the season, picking up 42 yards and 2 touchdowns on 14 carries and adding another score and 30 yards on 4 receptions. The 18 touches are the high end of what you can expect in this timeshare. The 3 touchdowns are not something that can be expected, however. He remains an RB2 play.

TEN RB DeMarco Murray - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Cincinnati Bengals

DeMarco Murray was slowed by a knee injury last week and had just 9 carries for 19 yards. He did have 2 receptions for 22 yards and seems to be good to go this week. But considering he hasn't received more than 18 carries in a game this season, and is in a frustrating timeshare with Derrick Henry, he's not worth using as anything more than an RB2.
