Week 12 vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Davante Adams returned to the end zone for the first time since Week 3 last week, catching seven balls for 82 yard and a score in a loss to the Dolphins, Adams was the lone bright spot for the Raiders in a forgettable loss, and it was encouraging to see 13 targets head his way with Aiden O’Connell at quarterback. That’s 26 targets over his last two games, so there’s hope for Adams to thrive, even with the rest of the team struggling.
This week, Adams has a tough matchup against a Chiefs defense that ranks fourth in aFPA to opposing wide receivers. L’Jarius Snead is having an All-Pro caliber season in the Kansas City secondary, so expect Adams to have a tougher-than-usual kind of day. His talent and targets make him worth starting, but we have him ranked in the WR2 range against a difficult opponent this week.
