It'll be the Alfred Morris and Rod Smith show in the backfield for the Cowboys versus the Chargers today. Morris is our higher-ranked Cowboys RB, coming in as our No. 16 ranked back in standard leagues and our No. 28 RB in PPR leagues.
This probably isn't a big surprise as McFadden wasn't a factor in the team's first week without Zeke Elliott last week against Atlanta. Morris will get the early down work with Smith being a change of pace and passing down option.
He will return on December 24th, a.k.a. Week 16. Owners who look good for the playoffs should hold onto him for a possible start. In the meantime, it looks like Alfred Morris and Rod Smith will split the work in the Dallas backfield.
