This wasn't the first time Sidney Rice practiced this training camp. The Seahawks' No. 1 receiver has been on the field since training camp began.
But on Tuesday, Rice practiced without any limitations for the first time.
"It was the first time he has had a full-blown day where we've cut him loose and let him do everything," coach Pete Carroll said.
"He got banged around," Carroll said, "which was great. He made some good catches today. He looked very fast out there, and it's exciting to see. This was the first day that I really feel like, 'OK, he's in it now.' "
