Swift has had quite the Draft weekend after Detroit snagged Gibbs incredibly early in the proceedings. The writing was on the wall, and now he joins a moderately crowded backfield in Philadelphia. The move doesn't necessarily kill the value of Penny, because the team was practically guaranteed to add someone due to Penny's extensive injury history.

Scott and Gainwell, on the other hand, will once again be on the outside looking in, in terms of fantasy viability.

This puts a giant wrench into the further development of Williams, who was only healthy for six games during his rookie season, catching one-of-eight targets for a 41-yard touchdown. This could clear the way for a heavier role for veteran Marvin Jones, if the team doesn't decide to bolster the position through the NFL Draft.

Jets continue making moves, and here’s another: they reached an agreement today to bring back RB Ty Johnson on a one-year deal.

Saints and former Lions’ RB Jamaal Williams have agreed on a 3-year deal for $12 million, including $8 million fully guaranteed.

The writing was on the wall after the Lions signed David Montgomery, so Williams is off to New Orleans. Considering the Saints' current depth chart and the likely discipline that Alvin Kamara is facing, Jamaal has a great shot at carving out a large role with the Saints.

Per the 4for4 Free Agent tracker, the $11M guaranteed cash is the fourth-most among free-agent running backs since 2020. He should take on the Jamaal Williams role, which resulted in 17 touchdowns in 2022. Chicago has a load of draft picks, so look for them to address their RB needs with a rookie.

As rookie Jameson Williams recovers from his ACL, the team and he understands the importance of easing him back onto the field. His snaps have been limited — eight, 13, 13, and 11 in his four games, but the coaching staff seems ready to fire him up for the remainder of the season. Per head coach Dan Campbell, “We’ll get him more reps, yeah,” Campbell said Monday. “We’ll get him more reps.”

As Williams’ rookie year winds down, the expectation is that his workload will continue to increase. It would be quite the risk to plug him in here in Championship Week but he could be an interesting splash-play option in DFS in these final two weeks.

Chris Olave is officially out for Week 16 after missing the full week of practice.

With Jarvis Landry also being ruled out, the only pass-catching option with serious fantasy consideration for New Orleans would be tight end Juwan Johnson. Feel confident popping him into the TE slot for Week 16.

The two have only played three games together so far. Goff underthrew Williams on what potentially was a touchdown last week so the duo is still working to get on the same page. There are only three games left in the regular season as the Lions push for a playoff spot. Williams just isn't a safe play in fantasy lineups right now, especially in the playoffs.

Khalil Herbert is being activated from IR, while Chase Claypool and N'Keal Harry should be on track to play Saturday. The news on Teven Jenkins is "encouraging" per Eberflus.

The 2021 sixth-round selection was having a great year up until Week 10, including a 20-157-2 performance in Week 3 and a 16-99-1 performance in Week 8, the latter of which came with David Montgomery in the lineup. Montgomery should hold on to the team's RB1 role, but his ceiling his further capped with Herbert's return.

Browns WR Amari Cooper is questionable to play Sunday against the Bengals due to a hip injury.

It looked like Cooper was hitting his stride with the Cleveland offense before Deshaun Watson came in and cratered the passing game in Week 13. If Cooper is out in Week 14, Watson will be working on getting his rhythm back with Donovan Peoples-Jones, Mike Woods, and David Bell as his receiving trio.
