The news was relatively positive for Buffalo’s top receiver Stevie Johnson after he left the game for good late in Sunday’s game at Houston with a thigh contusion. All indications are he should be ready for this Sunday’s road game at New England.
Johnson likely won't practice at least Wednesday, possibly even Thursday, but both the team and Johnson say he will play. The Bills are at the Pats in what should be a good matchup for Johnson and the passing game. It's a 1 p.m. kickoff, so knowing his status won't be a concern leading up to the game.
