Source: Ochocinco traded to Patriots

ESPN Boston - [Full Article]

The New England Patriots has acquired wide receiver Chad Ochocinco after he accepted a restructured three-year contract from the Patriots, a source told's John Clayton.

Terms of the trade weren't known. Ochocinco was seen catching a plane to Boston Thursday. He was scheduled to make $6.35 million for the Bengals this year. The Patriots wanted him to restructure his contract to fit their cap.

Fantasy Impact:

This is obviously big news for Ochocinco, who was on the outs in Cincinnati. Deion Branch's stock takes a hit, while Wes Welker is likely unchanged. Ochocinco will have a chance to revitalize his career playing with arguably the best QB in the game. The 33-year-old's value should rise into the 6th or 7th round.
