Snow changes Ravens game time to 4:15PM

Because of the expected heavy snowfall, the Ravens have announced that Sunday's game time has been moved to 4:15 p.m. at M&T Bank Stadium.

Officials from Baltimore City recommended the time change to the team and the NFL because of safety reasons, the Ravens said.

"That gives the city more time to clear the streets and other passage ways around the stadium," Ravens president Dick Cass said. "It also gives us more time to clear the stadium of snow."

There will be 700 workers at the stadium tonight and tomorrow to help clear the snow until game time on Sunday. They will be housed at the stadium club levels.

The game was originally supposed to kick off at 1 p.m.
