Santana Moss reaches agreement with Washington on a 3-yr deal for $15 million with $5 million signing bonus and $6 million guaranteed.
This is a bit surprising considering the Redskins' youth movement at WR and their interest in a certain New York WR. Moss posted 93-1115-6 last season and that's probably his ceiling. Still, he's a nice value in the middle rounds, especially in PPR formats. The QB situation is dicey, but he and Rex Grossman showed a nice rapport late last season. If Grossman re-ups, it would be a good thing for Moss. On the other side, Anthony Armstrong's stock takes a hit, especially with Leonard Hankerson waiting in the wings.
