Sam Bradford has AC joint sprain, concussion

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford was knocked out of Sunday's 20-19 loss to the Miami Dolphins after taking a big hit during the third quarter.

Bradford suffered an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source informed of his injury. Since it's a non-throwing shoulder, it is unclear how much time he'll miss. However, it's possible he could play next week.

The Eagles quarterback also suffered a concussion on the play.

Bradford immediately motioned to leave the game, and then walked to the locker room while in clear pain. The Eagles later announced that Bradford suffered the concussion and that X-rays he underwent on his left shoulder were negative. He did not return to the game.

Fantasy Impact:

Mark Sanchez took over, and what has been the case in his career - he looked good at times and not so good at other times. The Eagles offense looked a lot more uptempo with Sanchez under center, though, and Sanchez did offer more mobility than Bradford, so there is some fantasy upside to Sanchez if he plays Week 11. However, Bradford's status for next week is up in the air.
