Randall Cobb will continue to get his touches

Packers WR Randall Cobb has become the offense's do-everything guy, and offensive coordinator Tom Clements said the coaches will continue to explore ways to exploit all his talents.

Cobb caught eight passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns and also ran once for 19 yards against the Rams. He is lining up both at receiver and running back.

Clements said Cobb's run was an excellent example of his play-making ability. The hole he was supposed to run through was plugged, so he bounced off his blockers and took the run outside.

Fantasy Impact:

Cobb is emerging as perhaps the best third receiver in the league and while it's hard to count on a team's WR3 as a consistent fantasy starter, Cobb is surely making his case. It's always a good sign when a team wants to get a WR the ball and they give him reverses or runs like the Packers did with Cobb. There are a lot of targets in Green Bay, so if they want to continue to to get Cobb touches, someone will have to see a decrease. When Jennings returns, that could mean James Jones.
