According to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, teams have put “feelers” out regarding Pryor to gauge the trade market value for an athletic, albeit inconsistent quarterback who wants out of Oakland.
Brian Hoyer (ACL) ahead of schedule
Monday, March 24, 2014, 10:25am
The Matt Schaub trade is good news for Brian Hoyer, who has every intention of being the Browns' starting quarterback in 2014, and is confident he can beat out a rookie for the job. (The Browns were interested in acquiring Schaub.)
The Browns are studying all of the top quarterback prospects, but general manager Ray Farmer said he won't necessarily draft one with the No. 4 overall pick. The Browns also have the No. 26 overall pick in the first round.
Now, Hoyer can focus on coming back from his torn ACL -- he's ahead of schedule -- and trying to pick up where he left off last season, when he went 3-0.
Raiders trade for Matt Schaub
Friday, March 21, 2014, 10:25am
Schaub, who has a $14.5 million salary-cap figure and a $10 million base salary for 2014, became expendable when the Texans signed former Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick to a two-year deal Thursday night.
Not long after Houston acquired Fitzpatrick, Oakland made its final move on Schaub.
The Cleveland Browns had expressed some interest in Schaub, who could have been reunited with former offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan. But the Raiders wanted Schaub even more, according to a source.
The trade between Oakland and Houston, two teams scheduled to pick in the top five, could impact the 2014 draft and how high quarterbacks will be selected.

Matt Schaub will get the start and may be able to post a decent line in garbage time. He's also a threat to throw a pick-six or two.

Owen Daniels targeting Week 14 return
Thursday, November 14, 2013, 10:11am
Tight end Owen Daniels said Wednesday he still hopes to return for a Dec. 5 game at Jacksonville.
Daniels last played Oct. 6 in a loss at San Francisco. After fracturing his right fibula, he was placed on injured reserve with a designation to return.
Through five weeks, Daniels was the #10 TE, so needy teams could find him useful if he can knock off the rust quickly in his return. Keep in mind that his QB has changed, so it may take some time to get on the same page. Case Keenum also likes to throw to his receivers more than did Matt Schaub. Garrett Graham's production has been a disappointment in Daniels's absence.
