Browns running back Willis McGahee said he’s feeling “pretty good” after sustaining a concussion Dec. 8, and expects to be back this week. He was inactive Sunday and had yet to be cleared to practice after blacking out on the field after a hit in the fourth quarter against the Patriots.
A couple of things to keep in mind here: if he plays he will likely split time with Edwin Baker, who made his debut last week and rushed for 38 yards and a TD. Also, the Browns go up against the Jets excellent run defense, so no one in this committee approach is really a good play.
Willis McGahee ruled out vs. Bears

The Browns have ruled RB Willis McGahee out for Week 15.
Chris Ogbonnaya and Fozzy Whittaker will pick up the slack. We expect Ogbonnaya to lead the backfield in touches against a very shaky Bears rush defense, making him a Week 15 Sneaky Start. Whittaker could surprise as well.
