The Browns have agreed to contract terms with K Billy Cundiff, a source told FOX Sports.

Fantasy Impact:

Cundiff is just 75.5-percent for his career, including a terrible 7-for-12 last year in Washington before losing his job. He'll be the Browns kicker in Week 1, replacing Phil Dawson who went to San Francisco.

The Browns have signed free agent kicker Shayne Graham, a potential replacement for Phil Dawson.

A 12-year NFL veteran, Graham has made 85.4 percent of his kicks, fifth in league history. Graham played in 16 games for Houston last season, setting a team record for points with 138. He connected on 31 of 38 field goals and set a career high with 28 touchbacks.

K Phil Dawson, 38, signed a one-year contract Tuesday with the 49ers.

Dawson made his first Pro Bowl last season, converting 29 of 31 attempts. His conversion percentage (93.5) ranked second among NFL kickers in 2012. Defying age, he's made 14 of 15 attempts from at least 50 yards in the past two seasons, including all seven in 2012.

Fantasy Impact:

Dawson should be a solid fantasy kicker in 2013 as the 49ers tend to generate plenty of opportunities for their kicker.

The Cleveland Browns announced kicker Phil Dawson has signed his tender as the club’s franchise player and tight end Evan Moore has signed his restricted FA tender.

Fantasy Impact:

Expect another season of Dawson being more valuable to the Browns than fantasy owners. While Moore is talented, he's once again going to take a secondary role to Ben Watson.

The Browns lost a 35-27 decision to Detroit on Saturday, but quarterback Jake Delhomme had another good performance. Delhomme was 20 of 25 for 152 yards and a TD for the Browns, whose quick-strike, no-huddle offense found a lot of holes in Detroit’s defense.

One player Delhomme utilized was Josh Cribbs, who had a leaping, 30-yard catch along the sideline that set up a TD toward the end of the first half.

Cleveland rookie quarterback Colt McCoy fumbled on his first drive midway through the fourth quarter to set up a lead-padding touchdown for the Lions. Overall McCoy was 10 of 14 for 76 yards.

Cleveland led 24-14 at halftime after Phil Dawson made his first of two field goals, Eric Wright returned Kevin Smith’s fumble 44 yards for a score, Delhomme tossed a short pass to Lawrence Vickers and Peyton Hillis had a 1-yard TD with 24 seconds left in the half.

Browns K Phil Dawson skipped the first day of organized team activities in what could be a statement about wanting a contract extension.

Dawson, a 12th-year pro, also sat out some OTAs last season in what was believed to be a contract issue. Dawson, the Browns' second-leading all-time scorer, is in the last year of his contract.

He sat out five games with a calf injury last season, but returned for the final nine games, making six field goals in the last two outings.
