Bengals QB Carson Palmer, who said his right elbow continues to get stronger, looked sharp during the morning session but threw only one pass during the afternoon practice. The seventh-year player will remain on a pitch count of around 150 passes during two-a-day sessions.
“It’s getting stronger in the sense I can throw for longer. I still have same whip and speed on the ball that I’ve had at the end of practice,” Palmer said. “It’s starting to get to the point where the ball is not dying on me.”
