Packers WR Randall Cobb (ankle) leaves practice

Randall Cobb said he's not overly concerned about his ankle. "We're just managing the soreness right now but it's not a big (concern)," he said walking out of the locker room following the Packers' night practice.

Fantasy Impact:

Our injury expert and certified sports physical therapist Russell Manalastas notes this about Cobb's ankle: "Cobb was seen wearing a boot in the early parts of camp with reports stating that he had ankle surgery to remove some cartilage that may have been impeding on the ankle. Cobb remains in good position to take on a larger target share with Jordy Nelson gone, but his health is the big question when deciding whether or not you want to take a chance on him in the middle rounds." An ankle issue has popped up again and needs to be monitored moving forward to make a sound fantasy decision on him in redraft leagues. The upside is huge if healthy.
