Keke Coutee “will not be back soon”, says head coach Bill O’Brien

During his press conference Saturday, Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien said WR Keke Coutee “will not be back soon” as he deals with an ankle injury suffered in the first half of the Texans’ preseason opener against the Packers Thursday.

Fantasy Impact: 

The news continues to be negative surrounding Coutee, who was in line for a breakout season with QB DeShaun Watson and WR DeAndre Hopkins and not having a set timetable for his return makes his fantasy stock all the more cloudy. Very unfortunate circumstances for Coutee. In the meantime, Will Fuller will likely see more targets in Coutee’s absence.
